allied health professionals to better meet the information access needs of their readers. Future research should be designed specifically to include participants with diverse language and communication skills, including those with communication disability who often lack access to health information and are excluded from decisions about their own health. Creating more accessible allied health reports could well be an important facilitator towards the inclusion and engagement of people with communication disability in
