to find new strategies for connection with Aboriginal community members who are also experts to learn from/with? Through centering Aboriginal people’s perspectives, collaborating with community members, working in interdisciplinary models and vociferously advocating for change, we have the potential to shift the power dynamics in our work and the practices in our profession. We posit it is time to shift the focus from individuals to systems, from clinicians to teams, from assessment and diagnosis to collaborative research and resource development and community-informed service provision.
