Let’s talk about speech pathology Speech Pathology Australia is the national peak body for the speech pathology profession in Australia representing more than 15,000 members. Speech pathologists are university educated allied health professionals with expertise in the assessment and treatment of people with communication and/or swallowing support needs. The Association provides services and support to empower speech pathologists and advocates for improved access to speech pathology services to ensure everyone has effective communication and swallowing throughout their lives.
