Early Career REFERENCE GROUP Join the Early Career Reference Group 2021-2022 Speech Pathology Australia is accepting applications from early career members who are interested in participating on the Early Career Reference Group (ECRG). This group assists in developing the Association’s supports for early career professionals. They have helped produce resources like the Ready for Work series and the SpeakUp podcast. Members with 0 – 3 years of experience, including students in the final year of their speech pathology university program, are eligible to apply. The term of service is from January 2021 to December 2022. Detailed information can be found on the position description and expression of interest. To apply, members should submit a CV and cover letter outlining the following: • SPA membership (including time spent as a student member) • any involvement in Association activities • interest in the Early Career Reference Group • how you feel you might best represent issues faced by early career speech pathologists in the sector and location of your workplace • any relevant skills and experience. Application materials should be emailed to psa@ speechpathologyaustralia.org.au no later than 26 October, 2020. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander members are encouraged to apply.
