What does a Certified Practising member audit involve?
SPEECH PATHOLOGY AUSTRALIA undertakes random Certified Practising Member audits of members’ Professional Self Regulation (PSR) activities and practice hours requirements on an ongoing basis throughout the year. This random audit process is in place in order to be able to offer assurance to peers,
consumers and employers that Certified Practising members are meeting the specified requirements. If you are randomly selected to undergo a Certified Practising Member audit the first step involves emailing copies of both PSR plan and log forms and evidence of practice hours to the PSR Advisor.
Part 1: PSR Activities Audit Audit focus

Any supporting documentation sent through to SPA needs to be de-identified with any client, student or colleague information redacted.
