NDIS Advisory Group seeks nominations
Speech Pathology Australia would like to actively support members working in the NDIS and facing challenging issues in this rapidly changing climate. The Association is looking to bring together a panel of NDIS providers from a variety of workplace contexts across different states and locations around Australia in a specific NDIS Advisory Group. The reference group members will meet five to six times a year to facilitate the Association’s engagement with NDIS providers and provide advice on Association initiatives and advocacy in this space. Please note that the term ‘NDIS providers’ is inclusive of those who are registered and un-registered. Applicants will be selected so there is representation from providers with different
sized practices and workplace contexts across different states and locations across Australia (so if you are in NT, WA, SA, ACT or TAS or a rural and remote location please apply alongside colleagues from NSW, VIC and QLD). If this is something you would be keen to support, please send a letter outlining; your interest in this group, any relevant skills, experience and networks and how you might best represent issues faced by NDIS providers to Erin West ewest@ speechpathologyaustralia.org.au Applications close 28 February 2021
