How does this meeting benefit me as a member? • Sharing of information and coordinated planning of the 2019 PD program for the Branch CPD calendar and online CPD events, • Coordinating Branch CPD input re: the National Tour speaker for 2019 – see page 25 – we are excited to bring you further news, • Improving systems and quality through review and updating of CPD policy and practice to improve processes and member service, • Reviewing and strengthening communication channels with members re: CPD, • Reviewing feedback from member surveys about what SPA PD could do better and implementing changes in response – we will bring you further news in future communications. We are extremely appreciative of all the brilliant volunteer members who give of their time, skills, and effort to does to support SPA CPD both at a Branch level and in liaising with national CPD reps and with National Office PD staff, and of the members who support the SPA PD program.
