McLeod, 2020). More research is needed in real-world practice contexts, particularly research undertaken in collaboration with service users and communities, to build evidence and further inform what works for whom and in which contexts. Summary and conclusions This column has explored one source of evidence, the practice context, and outlined factors to consider at international, national, and local levels in the implementation of EBP. During 2022, the three other sources of evidence will be profiled alongside considerations for their implementation in speech pathology practice. I hope that this series enhances awareness and understanding of evidence sources, contributes to the adoption of EBP across our profession, and inspires and supports the provision of services that are the best they can be for Hoffmann, T., Bennett, S., & Del Mar, C.
