(Karavias et al., n.d; Weitzman et al., 2017). The modules addressed language development milestones, a summary of key areas that might impact language development, and strategies to facilitate language development. Modules contained: interactive pages, an online forum, a parent interview segment, a podcast segment, embedded quizzes, videos of strategies being modelled, multiple series of text slides (with and without audio) and downloadable resources. Questionnaire Participants completed a questionnaire before and immediately after completing the training, via Qualtrics software. The pre-training questionnaire included demographic questions, information about the number of children cared for, level of concern for child’s language development, history of access to speech-language services, motivation for participating, and history of online training use. The post-training questionnaire asked participants to rate three statements about usability (e.g.,

module access, activities, and online forum), five statements about satisfaction (e.g., enjoyment, value of videos, and recommendation to others), two statements about length and two statements about online training overall. Six open-ended questions were also included to gain information about most/least favourite parts of the program and how the program could be improved, followed by overall quality of the program. Data collection and results Ethics approval to conduct the project was gained from the Curtin University Human Research Ethics Committee (HRE2020-0357). Results for caregivers and professionals were analysed and presented separately as they represent different populations, with the caregivers being the primary group of interest. Pre-training questionnaire outcomes Caregivers rated their concern for their child’s language development on a 5-point scale ( M = 2.8, SD = 1.41,
