Dr Bronwyn Hemsley is a speech pathologist specialising in the field of augmentative and alternative communication and healthcare communication. She is currently undertaking postdoctoral research funded by the National Health and Medical Research Council and is a senior lecturer in the discipline of speech pathology at the University of Newcastle. Bronwyn is also the Australian representative to the Council of the International Society for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (ISAAC).
