General Information Location Adelaide Convention Centre North Terrace, Adelaide, SA 5000 Briefing A briefing for ALL presenters and chairpersons will be conducted from 5.45pm to 6.00pm on Sunday 27 May 2018. Registration Registration will be from 5.00pm – 6.30pm on Sunday 27 May 2018 and each morning from 8.00amMonday to Wednesday. Enjoy a drink while looking around the exhibition. The winner of the $100 RBar voucher will be drawn during pre-registration, so please ensure you are in attendance. Welcome Reception To highlight one of Adelaide’s attractions, following pre- registration delegates will proceed to the National Wine Centre. Enjoy drinks, finger food and networking. Exhibition A dedicated exhibition area has been included for the duration of the conference within the Adelaide Convention Centre for companies and organisations to display their products and resources. Delegates are asked to show their support by visiting each display during the conference. Catering Pre-registration drink Sunday, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea each day, will be served in the exhibition area.

Public Transport Three main taxi companies operate in the Adelaide metropolitan area and ranks are located on North Terrace, right on the doorstep of the Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC). The historic Adelaide Railway Station is located a two minute walk from the ACC. The tram stops in front of the railway station, or stop City West is good for entry to the Plenary Hall area. The free City Connector bus is an easy way of navigating around Adelaide, look out for bus 98C or 98A. Special Assistance If you have a dietary requirement or require special assistance, please include this information when registering online for the Conference. Insurance It is the responsibility of the individual delegate to arrange personal and travel insurance.

General public rates – prices include GST and are subject to change. The following rates are applicable for both car parks. Early Bird $16.00 - Available 7 days for entry between 5.30am- 9:30am and exit between 2.30pm-6:30pm. Outside of these times casual parking charges will apply. Casual - An additional $1.00 will be charged for each hour to a maximum of $29.00/ 24 hour period. Lost ticket fee $29.00. Credit/Debit cards accepted at exit. 1.5% surcharge applies to Visa, Mastercard, Diners and Amex.

Accommodation

All unsold rooms have been released back to the relevant hotels, therefore delegates attending the 2018 National Conference are required to make their own accommodation arrangements.
